New York Times 8/31/10 PocketGear has raised $15 million in a second round of funding, VentureBeat reported. The mobile application store operator said it would use the funds to continue product development, increase its sales and marketing team and to move toward global expansion. The round was led by Trident Capital with participation from BlackBerry Partners Fund.
